Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if the item is returned in unused, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email/phone. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your bank/credit card company – sometimes it takes a few extra days to process.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in the wrong size/design.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided by our support team.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item (unless the return is due to our error).
- Please use a trackable shipping service or courier for safety.
